Join us from June 5-9 June 2017 as we explore some hip openers and share our tips and personal journeys through the postures.
This challenge is open to the World, so wherever you are, come and explore with us
To take part in this challenge you must:
1. Repost this flyer tagging both hosts and sponsor so we know you are participating.

3. Follow the photographer @lucaphotography_co_za
4. Follow the hosts @themindful_movement and @camitalian
5. Post a picture of yourself doing the pose/variation of your choice for all 5 days
6. Make sure to hashtag #spiritlife in all 5 challenge posts to make sure we see them as well as,
7.Tag @spiritgirl @themindful_movement and @camitalian in your daily posts
All 7 points above need to be followed in order to qualify for the prize!
