WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Spiritgirl ships from Cape Town, South Africa to all corners of the globe. Orders take a minimum of 24 hours to process after payment.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Spiritgirl Activewear ships anywhere in South Africa and worldwide. See a list of shipping rates below. Standard delivery time is 2- 4 days for domestic shipments, however, please allow for 5-7 business days on the chance of delays. Please be aware that we do experience a slight delay in processing time during sale periods and holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Spiritgirl loves to travel worldwide! We currently offer a shipping option that takes 5-7 business days for delivery. We work with Fedex our selected carrier. We are open to you arranging your own shipping. Write us on info@spiritgirl.co.za to request this option.

WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

Spiritgirl submits Euro 1 and Agoa documents which are movement certificates and trade agreements between our country to Europe and the US, which in most cases should result in little to no duties. Duty, customs tariffs, taxes, and VAT are set by the destination country.  Spiritgirl Activewear is not responsible for any taxes, fees, charges, or shipping costs for items that cannot be imported into your destination country.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Spiritgirl is required by law to declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Spiritgirl, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Spiritgirl. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer free returns/exchanges within the 14 day period within South Africa (Main distribution hubs). Additional shipping costs might be charged for outlying areas. 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If after 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The provision of goods and services by Spiritgirl (PTY)Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Spiritgirl (PTY)Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days by the same payment gateway you paid.  
 
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@spiritgirl.co.za.
 
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
 
HOW TO EXCHANGE (if applicable)
To qualify for size exchanges, your Spiritgirl garment must arrive at us within 7 days of the date you received it. Please allow 7 days of transit time back to our warehouse facility.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@spiritgirl.co.za or log onto your account profile and place your exchange on line. 

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER

Once your  Spiritgirl order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking details, if you have not received this email please contact us at info@spiritgirl.co.za

HOW CAN I APPLY TO SELL SPIRITGIRL

WHO CAN APPLY TO BECOME A BRAND AMBASSADOR?

Anyone and everyone can apply to join our Spirit Family, the more the better. Customers who already own Spiritgirl Activewear would have an advantage as they would be more familiar with the product and may have their own imagery and story to tell. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal and SnapScan. We currently do not accept payment by check or money order. For credit card protection purposes, we do not accept phone orders. 

DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?

We do all our own designs which are what makes our product so close to our heart. If you feel you have something really special with powerful symbiosis, please send us your design and we will let you know if it speaks to us. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Spiritgirl is a small and growing team who pride ourselves in customer service. While we do not have a customer call line we can assure you that any service related queries will be answered within 12hours maximum. Emails sent to info@spiritgirl.co.za get viewed by the owner of the brand so all queries get the attention they deserve at the fastest possible turn around time. 


 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

With great power comes great responsibility and we ask that you build on the love of your purchase by taking care when washing your garment to help extend the life for as long as possible. 

UV protection ensures the bold colours will never fade or run. To ensure the longevity of your Spiritgirl, washing should be by hand in cold water only and/ or a wash bag to further protect the seas from plastic micro fibers during machine washes.

Dry flat and/or in the shade and never dry inside a clothes dryer.
